Daniel Blakely serves as the Vice President – Capital Markets at Berkadia, sitting out of the Denver office. He has 16 years of experience in commercial real estate and loan origination, including eight at Berkadia. Daniel is responsible for managing third-party lending relationships, including Life Insurance Companies, Debt Funds, CMBS, and Banks. He also manages production for Berkadia’s proprietary bridge lending capabilities.
Prior to joining Berkadia in 2016, Daniel was with Capital One Multifamily Finance in Bethesda where he was responsible for structuring and underwriting multifamily loans for the GSEs. Daniel graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Business and holds an MS in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University.
