Jen Quigley is a Managing Director in Berkadia’s Denver office. With a career in multifamily structuring and financing spanning well over 25 years, she specializes in originating FHA/HUD-insured debt. Her tenure includes experience on both the origination and underwriting side of multifamily and senior housing debt, as well as underwriting affordable multifamily, and handling portfolio dispositions for a tax credit syndicator. In the last two years, she held the distinction of being the top 1 or 2 FHA/HUD mortgage banker within Berkadia’s #1 ranked FHA/HUD team.
Jen holds a Bachelors of Business Administration and Finance Degree from James Madison University. She is also a board member for Bridge House in Boulder, CO.
