About

As a Senior Managing Director with Berkadia Investment Sales, Mike Grippi oversees all aspects of the institutional sales process for the Denver office. With over two decades of comprehensive industry experience and a focus on new business and client services, Mike has executed over $9 billion in total transaction volume.

Mike brings to Berkadia an extensive industry track record, including ten years as president of investment management at Holland Partner Group overseeing acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, development, and recapitalizations. Just prior to joining Berkadia, Mike held the position of managing director and head of acquisitions with Mesirow, where he oversaw acquisitions, dispositions, and development.

Mike earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Oregon.
