Their objective was to secure a highly flexible capital structure to support both the acquisition and the execution of a significant value-add business plan. This required financing that would address immediate transactional needs while also laying the foundation for ongoing property improvements and long-term portfolio growth.

Casa Monica Resort & Spa, Autograph Collection is a celebrated luxury hotel nestled in the heart of St. Augustine’s Historic District. The Kessler Collection, known for its thoughtful, design-forward hospitality assets, sought to reinforce the property’s legacy by pursuing a strategic refinancing and launching an ambitious renovation plan. Their goal was to maintain the hotel’s unique blend of Moroccan charm and modern luxury while ensuring it continued to set the standard for boutique accommodations in the region.
