With more than three decades of industry experience in the multifamily space, Senior Managing Director Pamela Koster oversees all aspects of the institutional advisory and sales process for Berkadia Denver’s Investment Sales office, specializing and leading efforts in new business and client services.

Regarded as a resourceful strategist with a broad range of in-depth market knowledge, Pam establishes reliability and trust with her clients by consistently delivering superior results and ensuring the best possible client experience. To date, Pam has executed more than $14 billion in total transaction volume.

With successful tenures at JMB Realty (Heitman), Moran & Company—opening their Denver office to grow the brokerage business—and JLL as a Managing Director building their Colorado institutional advisory platform, Pam commands an impressive range of industry experience.

As an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Denver as well as the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), Pam is deeply involved in the industry and highly respected by her peers. Honored by the Denver Metro Commercial Association of REALTORS (DMCAR), Pam received the highest recognition as their Broker of the Year recipient in 2012, 2020 and 2022.

Pam earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Loyola University of Chicago and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University. In her free time, Pam enjoys traveling, hiking, watching college basketball and playing Texas hold ‘em in the World Series of Poker.
