About

Molly is Director of Investment Sales based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota. In her role, she helps to spearhead the expansion of our investment sales presence in Minnesota.

Before joining Berkadia, Molly was Vice President of Development at AMLI Residential. While there, Molly oversaw a wide range of projects and responsibilities including architecture and interior design, due diligence, development and marketing. As a result of her efforts, she received AMLI’s ‘Developer of the Year Award’ for outperformance.

Prior to AMLI Residential, Molly served as Senior Analyst, Originations, at GMAC Commercial Mortgage. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, with a major in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics.
