Berkadia Negotiates the Sale of Two Seniors Housing Properties in the Detroit MSA
DETROIT, MICHIGAN – April 9, 2024 – Berkadia announced today the sale of two assisted living and memory care communities in the Detroit metropolitan area. Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare, led by Managing Directors Mike Garbers, Cody Tremper, Dave Fasano, and Ross Sanders, closed the transaction on behalf of a publicly traded REIT.
The properties, located in the northwestern Detroit suburbs, were purchased by an owner/operator.
