BARRINGTON, ILLINOIS – March 28, 2024 – Berkadia announced today the sale of a 45-unit assisted living and memory care community in Barrington, Illinois. Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare led by Managing Directors Mike Garbers, Cody Tremper, Dave Fasano, and Ross Sanders, closed the transaction on behalf of a publicly traded REIT.
The property, located approximately 35 miles northwest of Downtown Chicago, was purchased by a regional owner/operator.
