What has surprised you most about Berkadia?

Berkadia doesn’t just “talk the talk.” The same culture that was described in my interview is the same I walked into on day one, day ninety, and beyond.

What led you to Berkadia?

I was looking to bring my skills from outside industries to a company that embraces one’s unique talents and is always looking to improve, never settle. Throughout my interview process, Berkadia continued to outshine other companies that I initially thought I was more interested in. I’m incredibly grateful I stumbled upon the LinkedIn job posting!

What is one piece of advice you would give to someone interviewing with Berkadia?  

A thank you note, or email still goes a long way!

What is your favorite Berkadia value?
