Ryan Lindgren is a Managing Director based out of Chicago specializing in Investment Sales for Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality.

Prior to joining Berkadia, Ryan was a Managing Director at Hodges Ward Elliot. He specializes in institutional-grade hotel and resort property transactions throughout North America. His focus is primarily on the Midwest, including investment advisory, and debt and equity placements. Ryan has 13 years of direct hotel real estate transaction experience and has been involved in over $3.0 billion in hotel real estate transactions in both principal and brokerage roles.

Ryan earned a B.B.A. in Hospitality Management from Georgia State University.
