Prior to the merger with Berkadia, Rick utilized his well-honed sales skills during his 10 years with Hendricks & Partners ‒ and before that, 14 years with the Dietz Organization ‒ to accomplish great things in the multifamily space: Rick, together with business partner (and current Great Lakes team member), Rick Vidrio, developed and expanded brokerage activity throughout the Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Pennsylvania, and Kentucky markets with outstanding success.
Throughout his multifaceted history in commercial sales, Rick acquired a unique set of skills in advising clients on a diversity of transaction types, including office buildings, industrial parks, shopping centers, and many types of multifamily communities.
