About

Ben Johnson is a Managing Director of Investment Sales based in Seattle, WA. Ben leads Berkadia in the Pacific Northwest region’s investment sales services as a part of Berkadia Institutional Solutions.

Ben joined Berkadia in 2013. Since then, Ben, along with Kenny Dudunakis and David Sorensen, has closed over $7 billion in sales with over 200 transactions and 25,000 units. His knowledge of the Pacific Northwest, along with his passion for fostering profitable relationships with clients, has contributed towards Berkadia’s success in the region’s investment sales.

Prior to joining Berkadia, Ben played professional baseball for the Los Angeles Angels and Milwaukee Brewers organizations.
