Berkadia Adds Investment Sales Advisor to Medical & Life Sciences Platform
DALLAS, TEXAS – May 8, 2024 – Berkadia announced today the addition of Senior Director Vasili Davos to Berkadia’s Medical & Life Sciences platform. Davos will be based in the Dallas, Texas office and report to SVP – Co-Head of Investment Sales and Production Operations Mike Miner.

Davos’ primary focus is on originating and executing investment sale, recapitalization, and equity placement transactions across the United States, with a specialization in healthcare and medical office assets. Davos’ experience comprises more than $3.0 billion of transactions spanning various healthcare specialties including medical office, surgery centers, inpatient rehab, behavioral health facilities, and life sciences.
Before joining Berkadia, Vasili served as a Director at JLL in Dallas, Texas where he was part of their national Healthcare Capital Markets Group.
Vasili graduated Cum Laude from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting.
