In his role, Mr. Miner focuses on building the best Investment Sales platform in the industry in order to recruit and retain the best talent the CRE has to offer. This includes working closely with the production operations team which focuses on delivering high quality deal marketing collateral, research, and financial analysis in support of closing over 750 transactions annually.
Additionally Mr. Miner focuses on establishing a technology forward IS platform working closely with the Innovation team to develop Berkadia tailored deal marketing, CRM, and email marketing products. Finally, Mr. Miner also supports Investment Sales’ strategic initiatives which include expanding institutional client outreach and growing Investment Sales through recruiting new brokers.
In 2021, Berkadia Investment Sales had a record-breaking year with volume totaling $27 billion, across 762 total transactions.
Since 2013, our investment sales division has closed nearly 4,200 transactions totaling $82 billion.
Previously, Mr. Miner worked in strategy consulting at McKinsey and Company where he worked with clients on strategic roadmaps and operational and organizational transformations across multiple industries. Mr. Miner has a Bachelor of Science in business management from Brigham Young University and a Masters of Business Administration in management and strategy from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
