Berkadia Negotiates Sale of Two Seniors Housing Properties in Philadelphia MSA
PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA – March 28, 2024 – Berkadia announced today the sale of two assisted living and memory care communities in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Berkadia closed the 142-unit transaction on behalf of a publicly traded REIT.
The properties, located in the northwestern Philadelphia suburbs, were purchased by a private equity group.
