Berkadia Completes the Sale of Two Property Portfolio in Charlotte, North Carolina

CHARLOTTE, NC – OCTOBER 18, 2023 – Berkadia announced today the sale of Hamilton Square and Heatherwood Trace, a two-property apartment portfolio located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Managing Director Caleb Troop and Director Thomas Colaiezzi of Berkadia Charlotte led the sale on behalf of the seller, European Investment Management Corporation. The deal closed on October 12.

Located at 5600 Paces Glen Ave, Heatherwood Trace affords immediate access to Independence Boulevard, which feeds directly to uptown Charlotte. Heatherwood Trace was built in 1986 and features 172 units.
