Berkadia Adds Investment Sales Advisor to Hotels & Hospitality Platform
NEW YORK, NY – April 17, 2024 – Berkadia announced today the addition of Senior Director Christian Overton to Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality. Overton will be based in Washington D.C. and will report to Berkadia Head of Hotels & Hospitality Andy Wimsatt.

Overton is responsible for the placement of hospitality equity transactions within Berkadia’s national investment sales hospitality vertical.
Prior to Berkadia, Overton worked for 12 years at Eastdil Secured in the Los Angeles office, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President within the firm’s Global Hospitality Practice. During this time, he was involved with over $8 billion of equity sales transactions.

Christian received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California and is a native of Paradise Valley, Arizona.
