Berkadia Adds Two Investment Advisors in Los Angeles
Los Angeles, CA – August 10, 2023 – Berkadia announced today the addition of Director Chris Tresp and Associate Director Kenji Thomas to the investment sales platform. Tresp and Thomas will both be based out of Los Angeles, California. They both will report to SVP – Co-Head of Investment Sales and Production Operations Mike Miner.

Prior to joining Berkadia, Tresp was a Vice President at CBRE for a total of eight years, and three years as a Director at Newmark, where he developed an intimate knowledge of the vast and complex commercial real estate landscapes across various Southern California markets, and a thorough understanding for all commercial real estate product types. At Berkadia, Tresp will specialize in multifamily investment and land sales as well as equity placements for ground-up development throughout Southern California.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Thomas held roles at Eastdil Secured, The Dinerstein Companies, and JPI, gaining extensive experience in multifamily advisory services and institutional development. At Berkadia, Thomas will specialize in multifamily equity and land sales throughout Southern California, as well as a track record of portfolio sales and capital structuring for complex real estate transactions.
