Berkadia Negotiates Seniors Housing Property Sale in Stamford, Connecticut
STAMFORD, CONNECTICUT – April 4, 2023 – Berkadia announced today the sale of an 85-unit assisted living and memory care community in Stamford, Connecticut. Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare, led by Managing Directors Mike Garbers, Cody Tremper, Dave Fasano, and Ross Sanders, closed the transaction on behalf of a publicly traded REIT.
The property, located approximately 40 miles northeast of New York City, was purchased by a New England-based company.
