Sacramento, California – January 3, 2025 – Berkadia, a leader in the commercial real estate industry, announced today the sale of The Woodlake, a 137-unit assisted living and memory care community located in Sacramento, California. Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare, led by Senior Director Brooks Minford, closed the transaction on behalf of the seller, a private equity firm. The Woodlake was sold to Colorado-based ONELIFE Senior Living.
The property is located just north of the shores of the American River and just south of Highway 160, adjacent to award-winning medical care. The community offers residents access to an on-site theater, fitness center, salon and barber shop, library, transportation services, and restaurant-style dining.
