Brooks Minford, a Senior Director with Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare, is based in the firm’s Boca Raton office. Since 2013, he has specialized in the seniors housing industry, with a focus on investment sales, debt and equity placement, and sourcing strategic operator partnerships for owners of seniors housing assets throughout the United States.
His experience includes large portfolio transactions and individual asset sales for institutional clients, local operators, and regional owners.
Prior to joining Berkadia in 2018, Brooks spent five years on Marcus & Millichap’s seniors housing investment sales team in Miami, Florida.
Brooks earned a B.A. in Business Administration from High Point University and is an active member of the American Seniors Housing Association and the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care (NIC).
