Berkadia Adds Managing Director to Atlanta Multifamily Investment Sales Platform
ATLANTA, GA – November 1, 2023 – Berkadia announced today the addition of Managing Director Scott Bray to the Investment Sales platform in Atlanta, Georgia. Bray will be partnering with Managing Director Matt White and working alongside Senior Managing Directors Paul Vetter and Andrew Mays and Managing Director Judy MacManus.

Bray is responsible for the sourcing and disposition of multifamily assets with a focus in the middle markets and private capital space. Bray brings with him ten years of experience in the investment sales industry and has diligently worked to provide best-in-class execution for his clients.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Bray served as Vice President of Investment Sales on the National Seniors Housing team at CBRE for two years. Prior to his role at CBRE, he served as Director on the Multifamily Investment Sales team at Walker & Dunlop in Houston, Texas. Since beginning his investment sales career, Scott has been involved in more than 230 transactions, consisting of over 65,000 units and totaling more than $8.0 billion in aggregate sales volume.
Bray is originally from Atlanta and received his Bachelor of Business Administration Finance and Marketing from The University of Georgia.
