Berkadia Adds Investment Sale Advisor in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania – May 14, 2025 – Berkadia, a distinguished leader in the commercial real estate sector, is pleased to announce the addition of Managing Director Laura Lawrence to its investment sales platform in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Reporting to SVP – Co-Head of Investment Sales and Production Operations, Mike Miner, Lawrence began her role on May 12.
Lawrence is primarily responsible for the underwriting, marketing, and execution of multifamily sales transactions in western Pennsylvania and West Virginia. With over 12 years of experience in commercial real estate, she has successfully closed over $1.6 billion in transactions since 2021.

Prior to joining Berkadia, Laura served as Executive Vice President leading CBRE Pittsburgh’s Multifamily Investment Sales Team. She specialized in the execution of multifamily property sales with a core focus on institutional and private investment-grade property dispositions and acquisitions. She managed the underwriting, positioning, and deal execution processes and regularly leveraged CBRE’s financing professionals to help provide strong debt and equity advantages for her clients.
Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Maryland and is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council.
