Berkadia Adds Two Investment Sales Advisors in Phoenix, Arizona
PHOENIX, AZ – April 30, 2024 – Berkadia announced today the addition of Senior Managing Directors John Cunningham and Charlie Steele who will be based out of Phoenix, Arizona. Cunningham and Steele will report to SVP – Co-Head of Investment Sales and Production Operations Mike Miner.
Cunningham and Steele will work alongside Seniors Managing Directors Mark Forrester and Ric Holway, Managing Director Dan Cheyne, and Director Andrew Curtis in Phoenix, Arizona and Director Jared Glover in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Cunningham and Steele are seasoned investment advisors with established relationships with the largest and most experienced apartment developers and investors in the U.S. They will continue to focus on the sale of institutional quality properties in Phoenix and Las Vegas.
Prior to Berkadia, Cunningham and Steele served as Managing Directors for JLL’s Capital Markets group.
In this role, Cunningham oversaw a broad range of multifamily investment sales and equity procurements for multifamily developers and owners throughout Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico.
Steele was responsible for private and institutional-grade transactions in Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico. Throughout his 18 years in commercial real estate, Charlie has executed over $7 billion in real estate transactions.
