Berkadia Adds Director to Investment Sales Platform
Columbus, Ohio – September 18, 2023 – Berkadia announced today the addition of Director Conor David to the Investment Sales platform. Conor will be joining the Columbus, Ohio office working alongside Kevin Dillon and Jason Krug to continue providing investment sales advisory solutions to the Detroit and Columbus markets. David will report to SVP – Co-Head of Investment Sales and Production Operations Mike Miner.

Prior to joining Berkadia, David served as Vice President of the Investment Team at NAI Ohio Equities, focusing on the needs of buyers and sellers of investment properties across all asset classes. Over the course of his six-year commercial real estate career, David has closed over 200 transactions totaling over $100 million in sales volume.
David studied at The Ohio State University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in History.
