Berkadia Negotiates 80-Unit Seniors Housing Sale in Palm Beach County, Florida

PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA – September 4, 2024 – Berkadia announced today the sale of an 80-unit assisted living and memory care community in Palm Beach County, Florida. Managing Director Brooks Minford of Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare led the transaction on behalf of the seller, a Florida-based seniors housing and multifamily developer.

The community sold to a Central Florida-based owner/operator looking to expand their operational footprint into South Florida. The community is located in a densely populated Palm Beach County submarket less than a half mile from over 750,000 square feet of retail space occupied by tenants including Walmart Neighborhood Market, Marshall’s, and Phoenix Theaters. The property is just a short drive from HCA Florida’s JFK Hospital and Wellington Regional Medical Center.
