At Berkadia, we are committed to promoting equality at the workplace and creating an inclusive culture – one where everyone can realize their full potential and make a positive contribution to our organization. Berkadia India’s Diversity initiative is called Spectrum that supports four pillars – Namely, Gender diversity, cultural diversity, special ability and workforce support.
Spectrum Vision: In an organization where People Matter, fostering an outward mindset to different ideas, perspectives, cultural backgrounds is vital to instill mutual respect and values, leading to collaboration and innovation. Some initiatives under the flagship of Spectrum are below.
BETTER ENVIRONMENT FOR A BETTER TOMORROW INITIATIVE
The Women’s Forum came together to encourage all Berkadians to recycle products (like old mugs, bottles etc) by providing soil and seeds to grow seedlings in them – the birth of new life.
BOOK FEST ACTIVITY
Knowledge and memory enhancement, imagination, vocabulary building, writing skills, stress buster – a few of the many benefits of reading books. The Women’s Forum awakened the joys of reading by organizing a book fair where donated books were placed on exhibition for colleagues to choose and take home to read.
