A Life Changing Experience
At Berkadia, we believe people matter, so giving back to the communities where we live and work is an important part of our culture. After partnering with Habitat for Humanity International to sponsor a single-family house build in Austell, Georgia in July 2021, Berkadia employees were so moved by the experience that they decided to do it again. In August 2022, Berkadia sponsored Habitat for Humanity of NW Metro Atlanta’s second ever two-story single-family house build in Austell, Georgia and in 2023, sponsored the first house of the Marietta Public Service Housing Program for a middle school teacher in Marietta, Georgia.
Our culture, or Berkadia Way as we know it, encourages us to truly see people as people, with unique needs, challenges, and objectives. We take this into consideration when working with each other, engaging our clients, and supporting our communities.
