Berkadia Secures $26 Million in Financing for Affordable Senior Community in Northern New Jersey
WASHINGTON, D.C. – September 17, 2021 – Berkadia today announced the financing secured for Bella Vista Senior Apartments, a 24-story, 231-unit Affordable housing property located in Union City, New Jersey.
