Zachary Pierce, Senior Managing Director and co-head of Multifamily Investment Sales of Berkadia’s Philadelphia office, specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily housing assets in the Mid-Atlantic region. With over 15 years’ experience, Zac has amassed a wealth of knowledge and successfully closed over 250 transactions valued at more than $3.0 billion. Highly regarded in the industry for his meticulous attention to detail, Zac has earned a reputation as a tireless advocate for his clients’ interests, consistently achieving superior results.

Prior to joining Berkadia, Zac served as a Senior Managing Director and co-head of the Philadelphia office of HFF, where he was responsible for originating investment sales transactions, as well as debt and equity placement throughout the northeastern United States.
