He excels in providing comprehensive debt and equity solutions to developers and owners across the U.S., with a specialization in Single-family Rental & Build-to-Rent and multifamily properties, particularly in construction and bridge loans. Vin’s commitment to being a trusted advisor is demonstrated by his extensive network of real estate professionals and capital partners.
Before joining Berkadia in 2024, Vin was a Senior Vice President at Tower Capital, where he led BTR/BFR construction and multifamily bridge capital projects in the southwestern U.S., closing over $1.2 billion in financing transactions, including a record-breaking loan over $100 million. His earlier career highlights include being a top producer at JRE Capital and Maxmont Capital.
Vin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and a newly licensed private pilot. His diverse interests also include a past career racing Formula Renault in Asia, reflecting his dynamic skill set and passion for challenging pursuits.
