Trevor Friday is a Director for Berkadia Student Housing. Based in the Detroit, MI office, Trevor collaborates with a diverse range of investors, including family offices and institutional investors, to provide tailored capital solutions for their projects. Since joining Berkadia in 2022, Trevor has successfully contributed to the origination of over $1 billion in transactions.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Trevor held positions in acquisition and development at Broder & Sachse, a Detroit-based developer. During his tenure, he focused on various aspects of real estate, including value-add multifamily acquisitions, multifamily development, grocery-anchor shopping center acquisitions, and debt and equity execution. Trevor holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Mike Ilitch School of Business at Wayne State University.
