Travis Prince is a Senior Managing Director with Berkadia Student Housing Investment Sales based in Tampa, Florida. In this role, Travis is responsible for the acquisition and disposition of student housing properties across the United States, as well as portfolio analysis, capital stack, and joint venture structures.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Travis led Cushman & Wakefield’s national Student Housing Capital Markets Team, working with private and institutional owners and investors nationwide. With over 27 years of experience in commercial real estate, including the last 20 years specializing in student housing investment sales, Travis has established himself as a recognized leader in the sector.
Travis holds a Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University and is an active member of the National Multifamily Housing Council and Urban Land Institute. His commitment to the industry is reflected in his client-focused approach and robust national network of resources.
