Simon Rodewald joined Berkadia in 2022 and serves as an Associate Director for Kansas City, MO Investment Sales. Since joining Berkadia, he has played a pivotal role in closing transactions involving over 1,280 units, totaling more than $163 million. He is currently assisting with the sale of more than 1,290 units and $149 million in assets currently on the market. Throughout his career, Mr. Rodewald has valued over 11,500 units for clients, with a combined value exceeding $1.75 billion.
Mr. Rodewald began his real estate career with his family-owned investment company, where he collaborated with local investors to source, value, and wholesale single-family real estate opportunities. He later worked as a Financial Analyst on Berkadia’s Investment Sales platform in Kansas City, analyzing multifamily assets for acquisition and disposition for clients nationwide.
Mr. Rodewald holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Missouri and is also a licensed real estate salesperson in both Missouri and Kansas.
