Ryan Fitzpatrick serves as a Senior Managing Director for the Irvine, CA Investment Sales platform. He is primarily responsible for institutional investment advisory in the western United States with a focus on multifamily investment properties in Orange County, the Inland Empire, Arizona and Nevada.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Ryan served as a Managing Director in the Orange County office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has 18 years of experience in commercial real estate. Ryan joined HFF in March 2010, and, throughout his career, has been involved in the successful disposition of more than 34,000 units totaling more than $5.7 billion. He has a keen understanding of the valuation of multifamily properties because of his background in finance.
Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Chapman University.
