Ross Sanders, a Managing Director for Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare, is based in the St. Louis office. He has been involved in the seniors housing and skilled nursing space since 2008. He specializes in brokering seniors housing, active adult, and long-term care properties throughout the United States and has been involved in over $7 billion in seniors housing sales, acquisitions, and financing.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Ross was a senior managing director in the Dallas office of Newmark and spent time at HFF and CBRE. For a number of years, he worked on the principal side at American Realty Capital (ARC) where he served as vice president in charge of seniors housing acquisitions for the non-traded REIT. He was involved in over $3.5 billion of seniors and skilled acquisitions during his tenure and also in the IPO of their first Healthcare Fund. Ross started his career at Senior Living Investment Brokerage in 2008.
Ross received his B.B.A. in Marketing from The University of Kansas and has been an active member of the American Seniors Housing Association and the National Investment Center.
