Mike Miner focuses on building the best Investment Sales platform in the industry by recruiting and retaining the best talent commercial real estate has to offer. This includes working closely with the production operations platform which focuses on delivering high quality deal marketing collateral, research, and financial analysis in support of closing over 750 transactions annually. Mr. Miner focuses on establishing a technology forward Investment Sales platform working closely with Berkadia Innovation to develop Berkadia tailored deal marketing, CRM, and email marketing products. He also supports Investment Sales’ strategic initiatives which include expanding institutional client outreach and growing Investment Sales through recruiting new brokers.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Mr. Miner worked in strategy consulting at McKinsey and Company where he worked with clients on strategic roadmaps and operational and organizational transformations across multiple industries. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Brigham Young University and a Masters of Business Administration in management and strategy from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
