Matt Stefanski is a Managing Director of Philadelphia Multifamily Investment Sales. Matt specializes in multifamily property sales on behalf of private equity owners, developers, institutions and high net worth individuals. With over 10 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of the Philadelphia market and a singular commitment to achieving his clients’ goals, Matt has successfully closed over 100 transactions comprised of 15,000+ units valued at more than $2.0 billion.

Prior to joining Berkadia, Matt served as a Vice President with the CBRE Philadelphia Multifamily team and as a lender with M&T Bank.
