Mackinley Robinson is a Senior Director of Mortgage Banking and national lead for Berkadia Single-Family Rental & Build-to-Rent. He is responsible for loan origination and equity placement to facilitate acquisitions, refinances, and recapitalizations across the United States. Throughout his career, Mr. Robinson has closed more than $2.5 billion in financing for clients. He has placed capital for multifamily, single-family and build-to-rent, affordable housing, industrial, office, retail, hotels, and land.
Mackinley is an active member of CREDA, representing the Pacific Northwest region on a National Forum. Mr. Robinson holds a bachelor’s degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Finance from Western Washington University, and a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington.
