About

Lee Scott is a Mortgage Banker at Berkadia based out of the San Diego, CA office. In this role, Lee is responsible for direct lending relationships across the United States with a focus on sourcing multifamily debt on behalf of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, Life Company, Debt Fund, Bank, and CMBS Capital Sources.

Throughout his career, Lee has been in various roles assisting with the origination and underwriting of an array of transaction types, including stabilized, rehabilitation, lease-up, bridge, credit facilities, acquisition and refinancing, with career production volume over $2 billion. Lee joined Berkadia in June 2021 after opening the PGIM Real Estate San Diego, CA office in 2018.

Prior to joining Berkadia, Lee worked at PGIM Real Estate and Morgan Stanley focused on Commercial Real Estate Lending in both roles.

Lee holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the Urban Land Institute, San Diego Apartment Association, Virginia Tech Pamplin Recent Alumni Board (RAB), and the CFA Society San Diego.
