Kevin is a Senior Managing Director and serves as the co-head of Berkadia Orange County & San Diego Mortgage Banking. Kevin has over 25 years of real estate debt and equity experience across the spectrum of multifamily property types. In 2023, Kevin and his team joined Berkadia from Newmark, where they originated approximately $15 billion in multifamily loans nationwide during his tenure.

Previously, Kevin led Berkshire Property Advisors’, now known as Berkshire Residential Investments, acquisition and investment activities in the western U.S. and acquired nearly $500 million of real estate and debt during his tenure with the firm. Prior to Berkshire, Kevin founded 3B Partners Real Estate (3BP), a multifamily real estate investment company that acquired nearly 1,300 units with a market value of more than $100 million. Before starting his own firm, Kevin spent 13 years with Berkshire Mortgage Finance, where he was a member of the company’s Executive Committee, a voting loan committee member and managed the structuring, analysis, and approval of billions of dollars in multifamily debt nationwide.
