John is a Senior Managing Director for Berkadia Phoenix Investment Sales. He is responsible for private and institutional-grade transactions in Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico. Throughout his 20+ years in commercial real estate, John has executed over $7 billion in real estate transactions.
Before joining Berkadia, John was the Managing Director of JLL’s Capital Markets Group. Prior to JLL, John was Chief Investment Partner with Alliance Residential. In his position as partner John was responsible for all Multifamily Investment acquisitions including sourcing assets, structuring financing and securing Institutional grade partners for each investment. Before his time with Alliance, John was the Acquisition Officer for Camden Property Trust. In his capacity as Acquisition Officer, John was responsible for all new and existing Investment assets in the Western United States. Each new investment required extensive Underwriting and presentation for approval to the Camden Investment committee as well as Camden’s Board.
