Erika Maston serves as a Managing Director for Investment Sales out of Charleston, SC. Ms. Maston has over 19 years of experience in multifamily investment sales and has been involved in more than $4 billion in transactions. The Southeast has been her geographic area of focus throughout her career, and she has extensive knowledge of South Carolina and coastal Georgia’s emerging markets. She excels at identifying the nuances of each deal, combining market knowledge with creative strategies that help clients achieve optimum pricing.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Ms. Maston was part of CBRE’s Southeast Multifamily Team where they focused on covering South Carolina and the Southeast coastal regions. Before joining CBRE, Ms. Maston focused on investment sales and capital markets for another national commercial real estate firm.
Ms. Maston received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
