Ed Rosen is a Managing Director at Berkadia’s San Diego, CA office focusing on multifamily investment sales throughout Southern California. With over 35 years of experience, Ed represents both private capital and institutional clients, providing expert advisory services in multifamily investments.
Prior to rejoining Berkadia in 2025, Ed served as a Managing Director for Northmarq’s San Diego Multifamily Investment Sales. His previous roles include Managing Director positions at Cushman & Wakefield and Burnham Real Estate, where he was consistently recognized as a top producer and a “CoStar Power Broker” for the Southern California region.
Ed holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from San Diego State University and remains an active alumnus, supporting SDSU athletics. He is a member of the San Diego Apartment Association and contributes to the National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC). Ed is also involved in several civic organizations, including the Children’s Hospital and Health Center, the United Jewish Community Center, and supports the La Jolla Playhouse, Conrad Prebys Hospital, and The University of San Diego Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate.
