After his tenure at Colliers, E.J. joined Berkadia as a Senior Financial Analyst, where he refined his skills in underwriting, market analysis, and deal structuring. Most recently, E.J. served as a Senior Asset Manager for a Metro Detroit based multifamily management firm, overseeing operations for a portfolio of more than 13,000 units.
