Brad Williamson is a Managing Director for Berkadia in Miami, Florida, where he specializes in complex capital solutions for multifamily investors and leads a 20+-person team of mortgage brokers and analysts across the state. Under his leadership, the team has become one of the most productive commercial mortgage platforms in Florida, consistently generating more than $4 billion in annual multifamily capitalizations.
A member of Berkadia’s “CEO Circle,” which recognizes the firm’s top 10 producers nationwide, Brad has been involved in approximately $30 billion in capital placements since starting his career in 2003. He advises a roster of long-term clients, including leading private and institutional sponsors operating across regional and national platforms. Known for his innovative structuring capabilities, Brad played a key role in creating the first-ever Fannie Mae Credit Facility incorporating the agency’s Sponsor-Initiated Affordability (SIA) feature.
In addition to his production work, Brad is deeply committed to mentorship and team development, having guided dozens of professionals in refining their sales approach, strengthening client relationships, and advancing their careers.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Brad served as Director of Acquisitions at Tate Capital, a private real estate investment firm focused on distressed and opportunistic investments nationwide. He began his career at GE Capital Real Estate, where he rose from real estate valuation analyst to Associate Director, structuring, underwriting, and closing more than $750 million in commercial real estate debt across the country.
