Andrew Lanzaro is an Associate Director based out of New York City with Berkadia’s Seniors Housing & Healthcare. He is focused on providing financing solutions to owners and operators of seniors housing and skilled nursing communities across the United States. Andrew has 8 years of experience originating, structuring, and closing transactions through HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac as well as short-term financings through Berkadia’s Balance Sheet. He has assisted a range of clients in obtaining over $4.5 billion in financing while with Berkadia.

Andrew graduated Lafayette College in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a concentration in Financial Policy as well as an English minor. He also completed a Finance course at the London School of Economics in 2012.  Andrew joined Berkadia in 2015, prior to that he worked for Contemporary Healthcare Capital.
