Aaron Moll serves as a Managing Director and Head of Student Housing Banking at Berkadia. Aaron is responsible for mortgage loan originations nationwide, and equity placement with global outreach. Aaron joined Berkadia in May of 2016 and has closed in excess of $5 Billion in debt and equity volume. While all asset types are covered, Moll has a specialization in multifamily and student housing with majority of originations in these asset classes. Clientele ranges from family offices, private equity, pension funds, REITS, and institutional fund advisors. Aaron has demonstrated a very diverse lender base for his clients over the years. He is active with agency, life insurance company, debt fund, bank and private lenders.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Moll was with The Lincoln National Life Insurance Company as part of their mortgage origination platform. He also spent many years in commercial banking. Aaron graduated from Central Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship. He is part of the first graduating class from Central Michigan’s Commercial Real Estate Development Program.
