Berkadia Completes Sale and Secures Financing for 300-Unit Multifamily Property in Stonecrest, Georgia within the Atlanta MSA

Atlanta, Georgia – May 12, 2025 – Berkadia, a distinguished leader in the commercial real estate sector, announced today the sale and financing of The View at Stonecrest, a 300-unit garden-style multifamily property built in 1972 in Stonecrest, Georgia. Managing Directors Matt White and Scott Bray of Berkadia Atlanta led the sale on behalf of the seller.

Director TJ Piper and Associate Director Mike Koller of Berkadia Philadelphia secured acquisition financing through a debt fund on behalf of the buyer.
