Wilcox Communities and Berkadia Secure Long-Term Financing for Marysville, Ohio Community
COLUMBUS, OH – January 10, 2022 – Berkadia announced today financing for The Residences at Woodside, a 114-unit, ranch-style community in Marysville, Ohio, located just outside of Columbus. Senior Managing Director Matthew Napoleon of Berkadia Columbus Mortgage Banking, secured the financing on behalf of Columbus-based developer, Wilcox Communities. The Fannie Mae loan closed on December 9.

The Residences at Woodside offer single-story, two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment homes with attached garages.
